Vestland Venture acts as advisor in transactions, corporate restructuring and strategic reshaping of companies.

This role may be performed as hired consultant or as an executive/non-executive Board of Director. Past assignments include major restructuring of listed as well as private Companies.

Over the years the Company has been involved in more than 35 Mergers & Acquisitions or equity/debt related transactions as senior advisor in some capacity. Although the majority of transactions have been Scandinavian, we have also contributed in various international deals.
